What it is

• Rigurprene^® is an innovative pelletised compound for rigid applications that can be modified to meet clients’ specific needs.
• The Rigurprene^® family contains blends based on most commodity polymers.
• It is made from 95–100% recycled components and is fully recyclable.

Replacement for:

• PP (Polypropylene)
• PE (Polyethylene)
• Flexible PVC (Polyvinylchloride)
• Other commodity thermoplastics

• Good cold temperature performance

Properties:

• Hardness 85 – 95 Shore A
• Melt Flow Index - can be adjusted to suit clients application

Processing characteristics:

• Suitable for black or grey products
• Consistent processing
• Injection moulding and extrusion on standard equipment
• Compatible with multi-shot moulding
